Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director who will be responsible for providing an appropriately safe, caring, and enriching environment for all children enrolled. They will be responsible for creating a rapport with families, helping with the supervision of the facility and staff, complying with all standards set by the New Mexico State Licensing Bureau, CACFP requirements, and all other responsibilities listed by ECHO Inc. policies and procedures. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
